We want you to love your Functional Art Designs piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14

days

of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or defective item.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at sales@functionalartdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
